I really enjoyed my stay. When I communicated with the property mgr things were addressed promptly. The location is unbeatable. Check in was easy! Instructions were delivered and easy to follow. I would add how to lock the mailroom door back upon exiting. Everything was spotless However, No laundry detergent was provided. But everything else was of a good quality and fully stocked with extras in the closet as well. I will definitely stay again.
The location I stayed at in Seattle was really close to the Pike Place Market and a plethora of dining options. Everyone at Barsala was super responsive and helpful. Easy check in; the door has a code you use to enter/lock. It was nice not to have to keep up with a door key. Everything was beautiful and clean upon arrival. ALSO: there was a full size hairdryer plus the two attachments available for use. It's rare to have those things on the road! Would definitely stay here again.
My car caught on fire on the way here and I needed to stay longer and they made sure I had a place to stay until I got a new car even though my reservation had ended. I really felt like I was in good hands. The team (especially Ron) responded quickly anytime I needed him and I felt they put a lot of effort to make sure I had the best stay I could. The team was very helpful every step of the way and I had no trouble when I got to the location. Bathrooms were stocked, sheets were fresh, dishes were clean. No mess anywhere. It had everything I could have needed. Cant think of anything it lacked. Will definitely be staying here again.
Communication with texts and email. We usually stay in hotels and I was a bit nervous about renting with your company and not having hotel staff on hand to help... but everything went so smooth! Simple check-in process, and customer support is very responsive and helpful. Great location & view from unit. Be aware that the pictures may be misleading - the studio unit I booked showed a picture of a washer/dryer inside the unit, but it didn’t. The building had a community one for pay.
Such an amazing place to stay! Easy check in and great customer service. WiFi and Cable available. Very clean, organized, and the location is unbeatable. There was plenty of towels, blankets and dishes. There was even soap, shampoo and conditioner available! I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.
It was a great location and clear check in and check out instructions. Fast replies when we booked a place last minute. Very clear instructions and the photos were helpful. Everything appeared clean when we arrived. The apartment had oil, seasoning, and a fully stocked kitchen with utensils.
Beautiful clean apartment with amazing view! Thank you for the wine and for playing that wonderful music, definitely was impressed from the very beginning, once I just entered the apartment! :) The responses were super fast! Customer service was always check in on me. I would definitely recommend this place to stay in DTLA :)
